Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The Dashboard shows analytics and metrics for your cases.
Accessing Dashboard
Section titled “Accessing Dashboard”Click Dashboard in the sidebar. Different roles see different dashboard options:
- Super Admin: Overview, Analytics, Handler, Financial Overview
- Manager: Overview, Analytics
- Handler: Overview, Analytics
- Accounting: Overview, Financial Overview
Date Range Selector
Section titled “Date Range Selector”Use the date picker at the top to filter data by date range. Default is the current financial year (April 1 - March 31).
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”The dashboard shows five main metrics:
- Total Cases: All cases in selected period
- Completion Rate: Percentage of closed cases
- Active Users: Total users in system
- Pending Cases: Cases still open
- Average Turnaround: Average days to close cases
Charts
Section titled “Charts”Case Status Distribution
Section titled “Case Status Distribution”Shows breakdown of cases by status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, etc.)
Cases by Claim Type
Section titled “Cases by Claim Type”Shows distribution across claim types (Motor, Fire, Marine, etc.)
User Role Distribution
Section titled “User Role Distribution”Shows team composition by roles
Monthly Case Trends
Section titled “Monthly Case Trends”Line chart showing case creation over time
Case Closure Aging
Section titled “Case Closure Aging”Bar chart showing how long cases take to close
Geographic Map
Section titled “Geographic Map”Shows company office locations and case counts
