Dashboard

The Dashboard shows analytics and metrics for your cases.

Click Dashboard in the sidebar. Different roles see different dashboard options:

  • Super Admin: Overview, Analytics, Handler, Financial Overview
  • Manager: Overview, Analytics
  • Handler: Overview, Analytics
  • Accounting: Overview, Financial Overview

Use the date picker at the top to filter data by date range. Default is the current financial year (April 1 - March 31).

The dashboard shows five main metrics:

  1. Total Cases: All cases in selected period
  2. Completion Rate: Percentage of closed cases
  3. Active Users: Total users in system
  4. Pending Cases: Cases still open
  5. Average Turnaround: Average days to close cases

Shows breakdown of cases by status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, etc.)

Shows distribution across claim types (Motor, Fire, Marine, etc.)

Shows team composition by roles

Shows company office locations and case counts

Performance metrics by handler
