Getting Started
Installation
Section titled “Installation”Install the software from Microsoft Store
Network Access
Section titled “Network Access”⚠️ Important: The application only works on authorized office WiFi.
- Access Granted: You’ll see a notification when connected properly
- Access Denied: Connect to office WiFi and restart the application
Logging In
Section titled “Logging In”- Enter your Username (provided by administrator)
- Enter your Password (provided by administrator)
- Click Login
Security: Do not share your password. Your activities are monitored.
Interface Overview
Section titled “Interface Overview”Left Sidebar
Section titled “Left Sidebar”- Dashboard: Analytics and metrics
- Cases: Manage insurance claims
- Team Administration: Manage users (Admin only)
- Configuration: System settings (Admin only)
Top Bar
Section titled “Top Bar”- Breadcrumbs: Current location
- Notifications: Bell icon
- Theme Switcher: Light/dark mode
- User Menu: Profile and logout
User Roles
Section titled “User Roles”- Super Admin: Full access to all features
- Manager: Dashboard, cases, locations, insurance offices
- Handler: Dashboard and cases only
- Accounting: Dashboard (financial) and cases
Your role determines which menus you see.
