Getting Started

Install the software from Microsoft Store

⚠️ Important: The application only works on authorized office WiFi.

  • Access Granted: You’ll see a notification when connected properly
  • Access Denied: Connect to office WiFi and restart the application
  1. Enter your Username (provided by administrator)
  2. Enter your Password (provided by administrator)
  3. Click Login

Security: Do not share your password. Your activities are monitored.

  • Dashboard: Analytics and metrics
  • Cases: Manage insurance claims
  • Team Administration: Manage users (Admin only)
  • Configuration: System settings (Admin only)
  • Breadcrumbs: Current location
  • Notifications: Bell icon
  • Theme Switcher: Light/dark mode
  • User Menu: Profile and logout
  • Super Admin: Full access to all features
  • Manager: Dashboard, cases, locations, insurance offices
  • Handler: Dashboard and cases only
  • Accounting: Dashboard (financial) and cases

Your role determines which menus you see.
